In the case of using radioactive sources that are prone to drop out from a patient, it would be better to develop
the patient release criteria after therapy considering to make sure that a dropped source can be identified easily.

If the source drops out of the patient, it is likely that the source will reach the sewage treatment plant, so that it will need to be addressed as well related with (166).
